# ADVOCATE REGISTRATION, ELIGIBILITY & ONBOARDING

# INTRODUCTION

Welcome to **Tareekh Pe Tareekh**, an **AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform** owned and operated by **Ram Shree Legal Services Limited** ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our").

These Terms & Conditions for Advocates ("Advocate Terms") govern the registration, onboarding, access and use of the Platform by every Advocate.

By creating an Advocate Account, completing registration, accepting these Terms, using the Advocate Dashboard, providing legal consultation, receiving appointments, accepting payments, using AI-enabled services or otherwise using the Platform, the Advocate confirms that he/she has carefully read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Advocate Terms.

These Advocate Terms shall be read together with:

# 1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Advocate Terms:

**"Platform"** means **Tareekh Pe Tareekh**, including its website, mobile application, AI systems, APIs, Advocate Dashboard, communication infrastructure and all digital services operated by Ram Shree Legal Services Limited.

**"Company"** means **Ram Shree Legal Services Limited**.

**"Advocate"** means an individual who is duly enrolled with a State Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961 and is legally entitled to practise law in India.

**"User"** means any person or entity seeking legal assistance through the Platform.

**"AI Services"** means AI-enabled tools such as AI Legal Assistant, AI Drafting Assistance, AI Legal Research Assistance, AI Translation, AI Document Review Assistance and other AI-powered services provided by the Platform.

**"Consultation"** includes Audio, Video, Chat, Physical, Advocate on Call and any other lawful consultation facilitated through the Platform.

# 2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Registration on the Platform constitutes electronic acceptance of these Advocate Terms.

The Advocate agrees that:

* electronic acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature;
* continued use of the Platform constitutes continued acceptance of these Terms;
* the Company may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology or Platform operations.

If the Advocate does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the Advocate must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

# 3. ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals legally entitled to practise law in India may register as Advocates on the Platform.

The Advocate represents and warrants that:

* he/she is at least 21 years of age or otherwise legally eligible to practise law;
* he/she possesses a valid enrollment with the appropriate State Bar Council;
* he/she is authorised to practise under the Advocates Act, 1961;
* he/she is not prohibited from practising law by any competent authority;
* all information provided to the Company is true, complete and accurate.

The Company reserves the right to reject any registration that does not satisfy its onboarding requirements.

# 4. STATE BAR COUNCIL ENROLLMENT

Every Advocate shall provide complete and accurate enrollment details, including:

* Full Name;
* Enrollment Number;
* State Bar Council;
* Date of Enrollment;
* Practice Location;
* Years of Practice;
* Practice Areas.

The Company may verify such information independently or through available records where reasonably required.

The Company may request additional documents to verify professional eligibility.

The Advocate shall immediately notify the Company of any suspension, cancellation, restriction or change affecting the right to practise law.

# 5. ADVOCATE REGISTRATION

Registration on the Platform requires submission of information reasonably necessary for onboarding.

The Company may request:

* Full Name;
* Mobile Number;
* Email Address;
* Office Address;
* Photograph;
* State Bar Council Enrollment Details;
* Practice Areas;
* Languages Known;
* Educational Qualifications;
* Years of Experience;
* Bank Account Details (for settlements);
* PAN;
* GST Details (where applicable);
* Other information reasonably necessary for Platform operations.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval.

The Company reserves the right to approve, reject or seek additional information before activating an Advocate Account.

# 6. KYC & PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION

To protect Users and maintain Platform integrity, the Company may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and professional verification.

Verification may include:

* Mobile Verification;
* Email Verification;
* PAN Verification;
* Aadhaar (where legally permissible);
* State Bar Council Enrollment Verification;
* Certificate of Practice (where applicable);
* Bank Account Verification;
* Office Address Verification;
* Video Verification (where applicable).

The Company may suspend onboarding until satisfactory verification is completed.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in rejection or suspension of registration.

# 7. ADVOCATE PROFILE CREATION

Upon successful onboarding, the Advocate may create and maintain a professional profile.

The profile may include:

* Name;
* Photograph;
* Enrollment Number;
* State Bar Council;
* Practice Areas;
* Experience;
* Languages;
* Office Address;
* Consultation Modes;
* Availability;
* Educational Qualifications;
* Professional Biography.

The Advocate is solely responsible for ensuring that all profile information is accurate, lawful and updated.

The Company reserves the right to edit formatting, remove inaccurate information or temporarily hide profile information for regulatory compliance or verification.

The Advocate shall not upload misleading, promotional or unlawful content in the profile.

# 8. ACCOUNT SECURITY

The Advocate shall maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, OTPs and authentication methods.

The Advocate agrees:

* not to share login credentials with any person;
* not to permit unauthorised access;
* to immediately notify the Company of any suspected compromise;
* to use secure devices and networks while accessing the Platform.

The Company may implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), biometric verification or other security measures from time to time.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from negligence in protecting account credentials.

# 9. PROFESSIONAL DECLARATION

By registering on the Platform, every Advocate solemnly declares and undertakes that:

* he/she is legally entitled to practise law in India;
* he/she shall comply with the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules;
* he/she shall maintain the highest standards of professional ethics;
* he/she shall provide independent legal advice without improper influence from the Company;
* he/she shall not misuse the Platform for unlawful solicitation or misleading advertising;
* he/she shall maintain confidentiality of all client communications;
* he/she shall use AI-enabled tools responsibly and shall independently verify AI-generated content before relying upon it;
* he/she accepts full professional responsibility for all legal advice, drafting and representation provided through or in connection with the Platform.

The Advocate further acknowledges that **Ram Shree Legal Services Limited** operates solely as an **AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform** and does not itself practise law or interfere with the Advocate's independent professional judgment.

# 10. COMPLIANCE WITH ADVOCATES ACT, 1961

Every Advocate using the Platform shall comply with the provisions of the **Advocates Act, 1961**, the Rules framed thereunder, applicable State Bar Council Rules and all other applicable laws governing the legal profession in India.

The Advocate acknowledges that registration on the Platform does not exempt the Advocate from any statutory or professional obligation imposed by law.

The Advocate shall ensure that:

* his/her enrollment remains valid;
* he/she is legally entitled to practise law;
* there is no suspension or restriction on the right to practise;
* all legal services are rendered personally or through lawful professional arrangements permitted under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to request updated documents or declarations whenever reasonably necessary to ensure continued compliance.

# 11. BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA (BCI) RULES

The Advocate agrees to comply with the **Rules of the Bar Council of India**, including but not limited to:

* Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette;
* Duties towards Clients;
* Duties towards the Court;
* Duties towards Opponents;
* Duties towards Fellow Advocates;
* Restrictions relating to professional advertising;
* Restrictions relating to solicitation of legal work;
* Other professional obligations applicable from time to time.

The Platform shall not be interpreted as authorising any Advocate to act contrary to the BCI Rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found inconsistent with mandatory professional obligations imposed by law, the Advocate shall comply with the applicable legal requirement, and the Company may revise these Terms accordingly.

# 12. PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

The Advocate shall maintain the highest standards of honesty, integrity, independence and professional ethics while using the Platform.

The Advocate agrees to:

* act in the best interests of the client within the bounds of law;
* maintain professional independence;
* avoid misleading statements;
* provide competent legal assistance;
* communicate respectfully with Users;
* avoid conflicts of interest;
* maintain confidentiality of client information;
* comply with all applicable ethical obligations.

The Company may suspend or remove an Advocate from the Platform where there are reasonable grounds to believe that professional misconduct has occurred, subject to applicable law and internal review procedures.

# 13. CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

While using the Platform, every Advocate shall:

* maintain dignity and decorum;
* communicate professionally;
* avoid abusive, threatening or discriminatory language;
* provide timely responses, wherever reasonably possible;
* treat every User fairly and respectfully;
* avoid misleading representations;
* refrain from making unrealistic promises regarding legal outcomes.

The Advocate shall not engage in any conduct that may adversely affect:

* the reputation of the legal profession;
* the reputation of the Platform;
* the confidence of Users;
* compliance with applicable laws.

# 14. NO ADVERTISEMENT

The Advocate acknowledges that the legal profession in India is governed by ethical restrictions relating to advertising.

Accordingly, the Advocate shall not use the Platform to:

* advertise legal practice in violation of applicable law;
* publish misleading promotional claims;
* display false success rates;
* claim guaranteed legal results;
* use expressions such as "Best Lawyer", "No.1 Advocate", "Guaranteed Bail", "Guaranteed Divorce", "100% Success", or any similar misleading representation.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content that appears inconsistent with applicable professional standards.

# 15. NO SOLICITATION OF CLIENTS

The Advocate shall not directly or indirectly solicit legal work through the Platform in a manner prohibited by the Advocates Act, 1961 or the Bar Council of India Rules.

Without limitation, the Advocate shall not:

* induce Users through misleading claims;
* promise guaranteed legal outcomes;
* offer unlawful incentives to obtain clients;
* misuse User information for independent marketing;
* contact Users outside the Platform for unsolicited promotional purposes without lawful authority or User consent.

The Platform is intended to facilitate lawful communication initiated through its technology infrastructure and not to encourage unethical client solicitation.

# 16. INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

The Advocate remains an independent legal professional at all times.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as:

* creating employment with the Company;
* limiting professional independence;
* requiring the Advocate to give any particular legal opinion;
* compelling acceptance of every consultation request.

The Advocate retains complete discretion to accept or decline engagements, subject to applicable law and Platform policies.

Professional judgment shall always remain solely with the Advocate.

# 17. NO EMPLOYMENT, AGENCY OR PARTNERSHIP

Registration on the Platform does not create:

* an employer–employee relationship;
* a partnership;
* a joint venture;
* a principal–agent relationship;
* a franchise arrangement;
* an exclusive engagement,

between Ram Shree Legal Services Limited and the Advocate.

The Company acts solely as a technology platform facilitating lawful interaction between Users and Advocates.

The Advocate remains an independent professional responsible for his or her own practice, taxes, regulatory obligations and professional liability.

---

# 18. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The Advocate shall independently evaluate every engagement for potential conflicts of interest.

Where the Advocate believes that accepting an engagement may result in an actual or potential conflict of interest, the Advocate shall decline the engagement or otherwise act in accordance with applicable professional obligations.

The Company shall not be responsible for identifying conflicts of interest between Users and Advocates.

The Advocate remains solely responsible for compliance with professional conflict rules.

# 19. CONFIDENTIALITY & CLIENT PRIVILEGE

The Advocate acknowledges the confidential nature of all communications received through the Platform.

The Advocate shall maintain confidentiality regarding:

* legal advice;
* client instructions;
* documents;
* commercial information;
* personal information;
* privileged communications.

The Advocate shall use such information only for providing lawful legal services.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except:

* with the client's lawful consent;
* where required by applicable law;
* pursuant to a lawful Court Order;
* where disclosure is legally mandatory.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits any legal professional privilege recognised under applicable law.

# 20. PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

The Advocate agrees to communicate with Users in a professional, respectful and timely manner.

The Advocate shall:

* provide clear and accurate information;
* avoid abusive or offensive language;
* avoid discriminatory conduct;
* respond within a reasonable time where practicable;
* maintain courtesy in all communications.

The Advocate shall not:

* threaten Users;
* demand unlawful payments;
* misuse Platform communication channels;
* disclose confidential information to unauthorised persons.

The Company may review complaints relating to professional communication solely for Platform governance and policy compliance, without interfering in independent legal advice.

# 21. QUALITY OF SERVICES

The Advocate shall use reasonable professional skill, care and diligence while providing legal services through the Platform.

The Advocate acknowledges that:

* Users rely upon professional competence;
* timely communication enhances user experience;
* accurate information promotes confidence in the Platform.

The Company may collect operational feedback for service quality improvement; however, such feedback shall not be interpreted as professional certification or ranking.

Nothing contained in this clause guarantees any legal outcome or limits the Advocate's independent professional judgment.

# 22. ADVOCATE DASHBOARD

Upon successful registration and activation of the Advocate Account, the Company may provide access to a secure **Advocate Dashboard**.

The Dashboard is intended to enable the Advocate to manage professional activities through the Platform and may include, without limitation:

* Appointment Management;
* Consultation Requests;
* Calendar & Availability;
* Audio, Video and Chat Consultation Tools;
* AI-enabled Drafting Tools;
* AI Legal Research Assistance;
* Document Review Requests;
* Case Management Tools;
* Earnings & Settlement Reports;
* Payment History;
* Tax Invoices (where applicable);
* Notifications;
* User Communication;
* Profile Management;
* Performance Analytics;
* Support Requests.

The Company reserves the right to modify, upgrade or discontinue any Dashboard feature at its sole discretion.

# 23. APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT

The Platform enables Users to request appointments with Advocates.

The Advocate may:

* Accept the appointment;
* Decline the appointment;
* Request rescheduling;
* Cancel the appointment for genuine reasons;
* Mark consultation as completed.

The Advocate shall make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed appointments.

Repeated cancellation without reasonable cause may affect Platform quality standards and may lead to review under the Platform's policies.

# 24. CONSULTATION SERVICES

The Advocate may provide legal consultation through one or more consultation modes supported by the Platform.

Consultation may include:

* Initial Legal Consultation;
* Case Evaluation;
* Legal Opinion;
* Strategy Discussion;
* Documentation Advice;
* Compliance Advice;
* Corporate Advisory;
* Property Consultation;
* Criminal Law Consultation;
* Civil Law Consultation;
* Family Law Consultation;
* Consumer Law Consultation;
* Commercial Law Consultation;
* Labour Law Consultation;
* Tax Consultation (where legally competent);
* Other lawful legal services.

The Advocate shall ensure that every consultation is conducted professionally, ethically and independently.

# 25. AUDIO CONSULTATION

The Platform may facilitate secure audio consultations.

The Advocate agrees to:

* join consultations at the scheduled time;
* communicate professionally;
* maintain confidentiality;
* ensure adequate network connectivity where reasonably possible.

The Company shall not be responsible for interruption caused by:

* internet failure;
* mobile network failure;
* device malfunction;
* third-party communication service interruptions.

---

# 26. VIDEO CONSULTATION

The Platform may facilitate secure video consultations.

The Advocate shall:

* participate from an appropriate professional environment;
* ensure reasonable audio and video quality;
* maintain confidentiality of discussions;
* avoid recording consultations unless permitted by applicable law and with appropriate consent.

The Company may use third-party video communication providers for facilitating consultations.

# 27. CHAT CONSULTATION

The Platform may provide secure chat-based consultation.

The Advocate shall:

* respond within a reasonable time;
* provide clear and professional communication;
* avoid offensive language;
* avoid sharing misleading legal information;
* maintain confidentiality.

Chat records may be retained for operational, security, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance purposes, subject to applicable law and the Platform's Privacy Policy.

# 28. ADVOCATE ON CALL

Where the Platform offers "Advocate on Call" services, the Advocate may receive requests requiring prompt legal assistance.

The Advocate shall make reasonable efforts to respond promptly during the periods in which the Advocate has indicated availability.

The Advocate is not obligated to remain continuously available unless separately agreed under a specific programme introduced by the Company.

The Company does not guarantee a minimum number of calls or consultations.

# 29. EMERGENCY LEGAL ASSISTANCE

The Platform may facilitate emergency legal assistance requests, including matters relating to:

* Police Inquiry;
* Arrest-related Guidance;
* Cyber Crime;
* Search & Seizure;
* Commercial Emergencies;
* Consumer Disputes;
* Family Emergencies;
* Property Issues;
* Other urgent legal matters.

The Advocate acknowledges that emergency requests may require immediate preliminary guidance based on limited information.

Nothing in this clause obligates the Advocate to provide legal assistance where doing so would be unlawful, unethical or professionally inappropriate.

The Company does not guarantee the outcome of any emergency legal assistance.

# 30. DOCUMENT DRAFTING SERVICES

The Platform may enable Users to request drafting of legal documents.

The Advocate may prepare, review or modify documents including:

* Legal Notices;
* Agreements;
* Contracts;
* Affidavits;
* Replies;
* Applications;
* Petitions;
* Memoranda;
* Declarations;
* Undertakings;
* Other lawful legal documents.

The Advocate shall independently verify all facts supplied by the User before relying upon them for drafting.

The Advocate remains solely responsible for the professional accuracy of documents prepared by him/her.

# 31. DOCUMENT REVIEW & LEGAL OPINION

Users may request review of legal documents through the Platform.

The Advocate may review:

* Agreements;
* Contracts;
* Property Documents;
* Corporate Documents;
* Employment Documents;
* Commercial Contracts;
* Notices;
* Court Documents;
* Other legal records.

The Advocate shall exercise independent professional judgment while rendering legal opinions.

The Company shall not review, approve or endorse such legal opinions.

# 32. AI-ASSISTED LEGAL SERVICES

The Platform may provide AI-enabled tools to assist Advocates in improving efficiency.

AI features may include:

* AI Legal Research;
* AI Document Draft Assistance;
* AI Clause Suggestions;
* AI Translation;
* AI OCR;
* AI Document Summaries;
* AI Workflow Automation;
* AI Smart Search;
* AI Case Timeline Generation;
* AI Reminder System.

The Advocate acknowledges that AI:

* is an assistive technology only;
* does not replace professional judgment;
* does not practise law;
* may generate incomplete or inaccurate information.

The Advocate shall independently verify every AI-generated draft, recommendation or legal reference before relying upon it.

The Advocate shall never submit AI-generated legal documents to a User, Court or Authority without appropriate professional review.

# 33. CASE MANAGEMENT

The Platform may provide digital case management tools for organisational convenience.

Such tools may include:

* Case Notes;
* Document Storage;
* Appointment History;
* Consultation Records;
* Reminder Services;
* Task Management;
* AI-powered Workflow Assistance.

The Advocate is responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that confidential information is handled in accordance with applicable law.

---

# 34. RESPONSE TIME & SERVICE STANDARDS

The Advocate agrees to maintain reasonable professional responsiveness.

Subject to availability and circumstances, the Advocate should:

* acknowledge consultation requests promptly;
* attend confirmed appointments on time;
* inform Users of expected delays;
* communicate professionally throughout the engagement.

The Company may monitor operational service parameters solely for quality improvement and Platform management.

Such monitoring shall not interfere with the Advocate's independent professional judgment or legal advice.

---

# 35. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

The Advocate may cancel or reschedule appointments only for genuine and reasonable reasons, including:

* medical emergency;
* court appearance;
* personal emergency;
* technical failure;
* force majeure events.

Where reasonably possible, the Advocate shall provide advance notice to the User through the Platform.

Repeated cancellations without sufficient reason may result in operational review under the Platform's quality standards.

# 36. PROFESSIONAL RECORDS

The Advocate shall maintain accurate records of consultations, drafts and communications where required by law or professional practice.

Nothing in these Terms shall require the Advocate to disclose privileged information except where disclosure is legally mandatory.

The Company may retain technical logs relating to Platform usage, appointments and payment transactions for security, audit and regulatory compliance purposes, subject to applicable law.

# 37. CONSULTATION FEES

The Advocate shall independently determine the professional fee for legal services offered through the Platform, subject to the operational framework, pricing policies and service categories introduced by the Company from time to time.

Consultation Fees may vary depending upon:

* Practice Area;
* Nature of Legal Matter;
* Consultation Mode;
* Time Duration;
* Urgency;
* Experience of the Advocate;
* Complexity of the Matter;
* Additional Legal Services requested by the User.

The Advocate acknowledges that the Company may display the applicable fee structure on the Platform for operational convenience and transparency.

The Company does not guarantee any minimum earnings or consultation volume.

---

# 38. PLATFORM COMMISSION

The Platform provides technology infrastructure, payment collection, AI-enabled workflow tools, customer acquisition, appointment management and operational support.

In consideration of these services, the Company may charge a **Platform Commission** or **Platform Service Fee** from the Advocate in accordance with the commercial arrangement accepted during onboarding or subsequently agreed between the Parties.

The Company reserves the right to revise the Platform Commission by providing reasonable notice through the Platform, email or other electronic communication.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

* Platform Commission shall be deducted before settlement;
* applicable taxes may be charged separately;
* deductions shall be reflected in the settlement statement.

The Advocate acknowledges that the Platform Commission is consideration for technology and operational services and does not constitute fee sharing in respect of the Advocate's independent professional judgment.

# 39. PAYMENT COLLECTION & SETTLEMENT

The Platform may collect payments from Users on behalf of the operational transaction flow adopted by the Company.

Payments collected may include:

* Advocate Consultation Fees;
* Platform Service Charges;
* Documentation Charges;
* AI Service Charges (where applicable);
* Convenience Charges;
* Government Taxes;
* Other lawful charges.

After successful collection and verification, the Company may settle the applicable amount to the Advocate after deducting:

* Platform Commission;
* Payment Gateway Charges (where applicable);
* Taxes required by law;
* TDS (if applicable);
* Chargeback Adjustments (where applicable);
* Refund Adjustments (where applicable);
* Other lawful deductions.

Settlement shall ordinarily be made according to the settlement cycle notified by the Company.

# 40. SETTLEMENT CYCLE

The Company may adopt different settlement cycles depending upon operational requirements.

Illustrative settlement cycles may include:

* Same Day Settlement;
* T+1;
* T+2;
* Weekly Settlement;
* Fortnightly Settlement;
* Monthly Settlement.

The applicable settlement cycle shall be communicated separately through the Platform or Advocate Dashboard.

Settlement timelines may be affected by:

* banking holidays;
* payment gateway delays;
* verification requirements;
* regulatory restrictions;
* suspected fraud;
* technical failures.

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to complete settlements within the applicable cycle.

# 41. GST & TAX COMPLIANCE

The Advocate shall remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws.

Where applicable, the Advocate shall:

* obtain GST registration where legally required;
* issue tax invoices where required by law;
* file GST returns;
* discharge applicable tax liabilities;
* maintain books and records.

Where the Company is required under law to charge GST on Platform Services, such GST shall be charged separately.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as legal or tax advice.

Advocates are advised to consult their tax professionals regarding GST obligations.

# 42. TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE (TDS)

Where required by applicable law, the Company may deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) before settlement.

The Company shall issue or make available the relevant TDS information in accordance with applicable law.

The Advocate shall remain responsible for claiming any lawful credit available under the Income-tax Act, 1961.

# 43. BANK ACCOUNT & PAYOUT DETAILS

The Advocate shall provide accurate bank account details for settlement purposes.

The Advocate is responsible for ensuring that:

* account details are accurate;
* IFSC code is correct;
* account holder name matches records;
* changes are promptly updated.

The Company may verify bank account details before processing settlements.

# 44. INVOICING

The Platform may generate electronic settlement statements, payment advice or invoices relating to Platform Services.

Depending upon the applicable transaction structure and tax requirements, invoices may include:

* Invoice Number;
* Settlement Reference;
* Date;
* Service Description;
* Platform Commission;
* Taxes;
* Net Settlement Amount;
* Other legally required particulars.

The Advocate shall verify invoices and immediately report discrepancies.

# 45. REFUNDS

Refund requests submitted by Users shall be governed by the Platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved, the Company may adjust the corresponding amount against:

* future settlements;
* pending settlements;
* refundable balances;
* amounts otherwise payable to the Advocate,

where legally permissible and contractually applicable.

The Company shall notify the Advocate regarding material refund adjustments affecting settlement.

# 46. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Where a payment is reversed due to:

* chargeback;
* banking reversal;
* fraudulent transaction;
* payment gateway reversal;
* regulatory action;
* judicial direction,

the Company reserves the right to:

* withhold settlement;
* recover previously settled amounts;
* adjust future settlements;
* temporarily suspend payouts pending investigation.

The Advocate agrees to reasonably cooperate in resolving payment disputes.

Such records shall be preserved for the period required under applicable law.

# 49. NO EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

The Advocate acknowledges that registration on the Platform does not entitle the Advocate to:

* salary;
* provident fund;
* gratuity;
* bonus;
* paid leave;
* medical insurance;
* employee stock options;
* retirement benefits;
* or any other employment-related benefit.

The Advocate operates as an independent legal professional.

The Advocate agrees to comply with all applicable laws relating to:

The Platform integrates Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), Machine Learning ("ML"), Natural Language Processing ("NLP"), Large Language Models ("LLMs"), Optical Character Recognition ("OCR"), intelligent workflow automation and other emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency, productivity and accessibility of legal services.

The Advocate acknowledges that Artificial Intelligence is intended solely to assist legal professionals in performing administrative, research, drafting and workflow-related activities.

Artificial Intelligence shall never replace the independent professional judgment, ethical obligations or legal responsibility of an Advocate.

* cannot establish an Advocate–Client relationship.

The Advocate remains solely responsible for every legal opinion communicated to a User.

* completeness;
* accuracy;
* latest amendments;

The Advocate shall independently verify every legal authority before relying upon AI-generated research.

Every AI-generated draft shall be treated only as an initial working draft.

Professional responsibility shall always remain with the Advocate.

* create derivative works;
* sell or sublicense

any Platform content without prior written permission from the Company.

Uploading documents to the Platform does not transfer ownership to the Company; however, the Advocate grants the Company a limited licence to host, process, store and display such content solely for providing Platform services.

The Company may temporarily suspend an Advocate Account where it reasonably believes that:

* payment fraud has occurred;
* AI services have been misused;
* Platform security has been compromised;
* there has been a material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, the Company may provide the Advocate an opportunity to explain before taking permanent action, except where immediate action is necessary for legal compliance, security or protection of Users.

# 73. DELISTING OF ADVOCATES

The Company reserves the right to remove or delist an Advocate from the Platform where:

* enrollment is suspended or cancelled;
* material information is false or misleading;
* repeated complaints are substantiated after reasonable review;
* professional misconduct is established by a competent authority;
* there is persistent violation of Platform policies;
* continued listing may expose Users or the Platform to legal or security risks.

Delisting from the Platform shall not be construed as a disciplinary action by the Bar Council or any statutory authority.

The Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
