INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Tareekh Pe Tareekh, an AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform owned and operated by Ram Shree Legal Services Limited ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including its website, mobile application, software, APIs, Artificial Intelligence ("AI") services, communication systems, payment facilities, customer support services and all related digital products and services made available through https://tareekhpetareekh.com/.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Ram Shree Legal Services Limited.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, browsing any page, using any AI-enabled feature, communicating with an Advocate, uploading documents, booking consultations, making payments or otherwise using any service available through the Platform, the User confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If the User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.

These Terms shall always be read together with:

In case of any inconsistency, mandatory provisions of applicable Indian law shall prevail.

1. DEFINITIONS

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below.

1.2 Company

"Company" means Ram Shree Legal Services Limited, including its successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates and authorised representatives.

1.3 User

"User" means any individual, company, LLP, partnership firm, trust, institution, NGO, society or any other legal entity accessing or using the Platform.

1.4 Advocate

"Advocate" means an individual duly enrolled with a State Bar Council and entitled to practise law under the Advocates Act, 1961.

1.5 AI Services

"AI Services" means Artificial Intelligence powered services made available by the Platform, including but not limited to:

1.6 Legal Services

Legal Services mean professional legal services rendered independently by an Advocate and may include:

Legal Consultation
Legal Opinion
Legal Drafting
Legal Notice
Agreement Drafting
Petition Drafting
Arbitration Assistance
Documentation
Court Representation
Compliance Advisory
Corporate Legal Services

The Company itself does not render Legal Services.

1.7 Consultation

Consultation includes:

Physical Consultation
Audio Consultation
Video Consultation
Chat Consultation
Scheduled Consultation
Instant Consultation
Advocate on Call
1.8 Content

Content means all information uploaded or exchanged through the Platform including:

Documents
Images
Audio
Video
Chat Messages
Emails
Legal Drafts
AI Generated Content
User Generated Content
Advocate Generated Content
Metadata
1.9 Applicable Law

Applicable Law includes all laws applicable in India including:

Advocates Act, 1961
Bar Council of India Rules
Information Technology Act, 2000
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
Consumer Protection Act
Indian Contract Act
Goods & Services Tax Laws
Information Technology Rules
Any other applicable Central or State legislation.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the Platform, the User irrevocably agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

The User further confirms that:

the User has read these Terms carefully;
the User understands these Terms;
the User voluntarily accepts these Terms;
the User possesses the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
the User shall comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.

Electronic acceptance of these Terms shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of such revised Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Platform may be used only by persons who are legally competent to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law.

By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that:

the User is at least 18 years of age, or is using the Platform through a lawful guardian where legally permissible;
the User has the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
the User is not prohibited by any law from using the Platform;
all information provided by the User is accurate, complete and up to date.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes that any eligibility requirement is not satisfied.

4. USER REGISTRATION

Certain features of the Platform require registration.

To register, the User may be required to provide:

Full Name
Mobile Number
Email Address
Date of Birth (where applicable)
Address
Identity Information (where required)
Business Details (if applicable)
GST Details (if applicable)
Other information reasonably required for providing services.

The User agrees to:

provide true and accurate information;
promptly update any change in details;
not create multiple fraudulent accounts;
not impersonate any other person or entity.

The Company may verify information submitted by the User and may request additional documentation whenever reasonably necessary.

Registration on the Platform does not guarantee availability of any Advocate or legal service.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, OTPs and authentication methods.

The User agrees:

not to share login credentials with any third party;
not to permit unauthorised access to the account;
to immediately notify the Company of any suspected unauthorised use;
to log out after each session when using public or shared devices.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from the User's failure to protect account credentials.

The Company may implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OTP verification, biometric authentication or other security measures from time to time.

6. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER

(KYC)

The Company may require identity verification for compliance, fraud prevention, security or legal purposes.

KYC verification may include:

Mobile Verification
Email Verification
Aadhaar (where lawfully permitted)
PAN
Passport
Driving Licence
Voter ID
GST Registration
Company Registration Documents
Other government-issued identification.

Failure to complete KYC where required may result in restriction, suspension or denial of certain Platform services.

The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification whenever necessary to protect Users, Advocates or the integrity of the Platform.

7. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform.

However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may become temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance;
Emergency maintenance;
Software updates;
AI model upgrades;
Server migration;
Cybersecurity incidents;
Network failures;
Force majeure events;
Government restrictions;
Third-party service failures.

The Company shall not be liable for temporary interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

8. AI INTEGRATED LEGAL TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM

Tareekh Pe Tareekh is an AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform designed to enhance the efficiency, accessibility and convenience of legal services.

The Platform may utilise Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Large Language Models (LLMs) and workflow automation technologies to assist Users and Advocates.

AI features may include:

AI Document Draft Assistance
AI Legal Research Assistance
AI Translation
AI Voice Assistant
AI Smart Search
AI Contract Review Assistance
AI Case Timeline Preparation
AI Reminder Services
AI Workflow Automation
AI-powered Knowledge Base
AI Analytics
AI Smart Notifications

The User acknowledges that AI is intended only as an assistive technology.

AI does not replace a qualified Advocate and shall not be treated as a substitute for professional legal advice.

All AI-generated information, drafts and recommendations should be independently reviewed before being relied upon for any legal, financial or commercial decision.

# 9. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Tareekh Pe Tareekh is an **AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform** owned and operated by **Ram Shree Legal Services Limited**. The Platform has been developed to facilitate lawful interaction between Users seeking legal assistance and independent Advocates enrolled with the appropriate State Bar Councils.

The Platform provides digital infrastructure to simplify access to legal services through secure technology. Depending upon availability, the Platform may facilitate:

* Advocate Discovery;
* Advocate on Call;
* Instant Legal Consultation;
* Scheduled Legal Consultation;
* Audio Consultation;
* Video Consultation;
* Chat Consultation;
* Legal Notice Assistance;
* AI-powered Legal Information;
* AI-assisted Document Drafting;
* Agreement Drafting Requests;
* Contract Review Requests;
* Legal Research Assistance;
* Digital Case Management;
* Secure Document Exchange;
* Online Appointment Scheduling;
* Payment Facilitation;
* Consultation Reminders;
* Customer Support;
* AI-powered Workflow Automation; and
* other lawful technology-enabled services introduced from time to time.

The Platform is intended to improve accessibility, efficiency and convenience in obtaining legal services. It does **not** itself practise law or provide legal representation.

Nothing contained on the Platform shall be interpreted as creating an Advocate–Client relationship between the User and **Ram Shree Legal Services Limited**. Any such relationship, where established, shall exist solely between the User and the concerned Advocate.

# 10. TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM ONLY

The User expressly acknowledges that the Company operates solely as a technology platform.

The Company provides digital infrastructure, communication tools, payment facilitation, appointment management, AI-enabled workflow tools and customer support for lawful interaction between Users and Advocates.

The Company shall not be construed as:

* a Law Firm;
* an Advocate;
* a Legal Practitioner;
* a Legal Representative;
* a Solicitor;
* a Litigation Agency;
* an Arbitration Institution;
* a Judicial Authority; or
* a Government Agency.

The Company does not:

* provide legal opinions in its own name;
* appear before Courts or Tribunals;
* sign pleadings or legal notices on behalf of Users;
* guarantee legal outcomes; or
* supervise the professional judgment of Advocates.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employer–employee, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between the Company and any Advocate.

# 11. PLATFORM SERVICES

The Platform may provide one or more of the following services:

### 11.1 Advocate Discovery

Users may search or browse Advocates based on available filters such as practice area, city, language, consultation mode and availability.

### 11.2 Appointment Scheduling

Users may request instant or scheduled appointments with Advocates through the Platform.

### 11.3 Audio Consultation

The Platform may facilitate voice-based consultation between Users and Advocates. Availability depends upon Advocate acceptance and technical feasibility.

### 11.4 Video Consultation

The Platform may provide secure video consultation facilities where supported by the Platform and accepted by the Advocate.

### 11.5 Chat Consultation

Users and Advocates may communicate through the Platform's secure messaging system. The Company reserves the right to retain technical logs for security and compliance purposes, subject to applicable law.

### 11.6 Advocate on Call

Where available, the Platform may enable Users to request immediate telephonic or online legal assistance from an available Advocate.

Availability of an Advocate on Call depends upon factors including:

* Advocate availability;
* network connectivity;
* operational hours (where applicable);
* geographical limitations;
* technical issues; and
* other operational constraints.

The Company does not guarantee that an Advocate will always be immediately available.

### 11.7 Legal Notice & Drafting Requests

Users may submit requests for drafting of:

* Legal Notices;
* Agreements;
* Contracts;
* Affidavits;
* Replies;
* Applications;
* Petitions; and
* other lawful legal documents.

Any drafting is the responsibility of the concerned Advocate or authorised professional, as applicable. AI-assisted drafting tools, where available, provide only preliminary assistance and do not replace professional review.

# 12. ADVOCATE DISCOVERY

The Platform enables Users to identify and connect with Advocates through search and filtering tools.

Search results may be based on objective operational criteria, including:

* practice area;
* city or region;
* language preference;
* consultation mode;
* Advocate availability;
* user-selected filters; and
* technical or system parameters.

The Company does not intentionally rank or promote Advocates for advertising purposes.

The appearance of an Advocate in search results does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee by the Company.

Users are solely responsible for selecting an Advocate based on their own independent assessment.

# 13. ADVOCATE ON CALL (EMERGENCY LEGAL ASSISTANCE)

The Platform may offer an "Advocate on Call" feature to facilitate timely access to legal assistance.

This service is intended to assist Users in contacting an available Advocate during situations requiring prompt legal guidance, including, where appropriate:

* police inquiries;
* legal notices;
* commercial disputes;
* cyber incidents;
* family matters;
* property disputes;
* consumer disputes; or
* other legal issues.

The User acknowledges that:

* Advocate availability cannot be guaranteed;
* response times may vary;
* the Platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted communication;
* the service does not guarantee any legal outcome or emergency resolution.

Emergency legal assistance through the Platform does not replace official emergency services, law enforcement agencies or statutory authorities.

# 14. AI-ENABLED SERVICES

Tareekh Pe Tareekh integrates Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and accessibility of legal services.

AI-enabled services may include:

* AI Legal Assistant;
* AI Chat Assistant;
* AI Voice Assistant;
* AI Document Draft Assistance;
* AI Legal Research Assistance;
* AI Contract Review Support;
* AI Translation;
* AI OCR & Document Reading;
* AI Case Timeline Preparation;
* AI Workflow Automation;
* AI Smart Search;
* AI Notifications; and
* other AI-powered features introduced from time to time.

AI is provided solely as an assistive technology.

AI-generated responses, summaries, recommendations or draft documents are intended for informational and workflow purposes only.

Users must independently verify AI-generated content before relying upon it.

Where legal advice or legal representation is required, Users should consult a qualified Advocate.

The Company reserves the right to update, suspend or discontinue AI features without prior notice.

# 15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable Platform services.

However, certain services may be unavailable, delayed or interrupted due to:

* scheduled maintenance;
* software updates;
* AI model upgrades;
* server maintenance;
* payment gateway failures;
* internet disruptions;
* third-party service outages;
* cyber security incidents;
* force majeure events; or
* regulatory or governmental actions.

The Company shall not be liable for temporary interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Users acknowledge that access to Platform services depends upon the availability of internet connectivity, compatible devices and third-party service providers.

# 16. USER OBLIGATIONS

Every User agrees to use the Platform responsibly, ethically and strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and all other Platform policies.

The User agrees that he/she shall:

* provide complete, true and accurate information;
* use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
* cooperate with Advocates during consultations;
* promptly provide documents and information reasonably required for legal assistance;
* comply with all applicable laws, regulations and judicial directions;
* maintain respectful behaviour while interacting with Advocates, Company representatives and other Users.

The User shall not use the Platform for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive or contrary to public policy.

The User acknowledges that any misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or permanent termination of the User Account.

# 17. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The User represents and warrants that all information, documents and declarations submitted through the Platform are true, complete, accurate and not misleading.

The User shall immediately update any change relating to:

* name;
* address;
* contact information;
* email address;
* mobile number;
* company details;
* authorised representative;
* GST details (where applicable);
* identity documents; or
* any other material information.

The Company and the concerned Advocate shall be entitled to rely upon the information provided by the User unless they have reasonable grounds to believe otherwise.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the User.

# 18. USER CONDUCT

The Platform is intended to provide a safe, respectful and professional environment.

Accordingly, every User agrees that he/she shall not:

* threaten, abuse or harass any Advocate, User or Company representative;
* use offensive, obscene or defamatory language;
* impersonate another person;
* create fake identities or fake legal disputes;
* attempt to influence legal advice through coercion or intimidation;
* misuse emergency legal assistance;
* interfere with consultations;
* intentionally disrupt Platform operations;
* upload malicious software or harmful code;
* violate any applicable law.

Users are expected to maintain professionalism throughout all communications conducted through the Platform.

# 19. DOCUMENT UPLOAD & CASE INFORMATION

The Platform may permit Users to upload documents for consultation, drafting, review or case management.

Documents may include:

* identity documents;
* agreements;
* notices;
* contracts;
* pleadings;
* court orders;
* FIRs;
* charge sheets;
* affidavits;
* property records;
* financial records;
* business documents;
* photographs;
* audio recordings;
* video files;
* any other lawful material relevant to the legal matter.

The User represents that:

* the User has lawful authority to upload such documents;
* the documents are genuine and not forged;
* uploading the documents does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove documents that appear unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or inconsistent with Platform policies.

# 20. AI USAGE RULES

The Platform incorporates Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and assist Users and Advocates.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

* AI is an assistive technology only;
* AI is not an Advocate;
* AI does not establish an Advocate–Client relationship;
* AI-generated information may contain limitations, inaccuracies or outdated references;
* AI-generated drafts require human review before legal use.

The User shall not:

* rely solely on AI-generated legal content without independent verification;
* use AI services for unlawful purposes;
* attempt to manipulate AI systems;
* upload malicious prompts intended to compromise AI functionality;
* use AI to generate forged evidence or misleading legal documents.

The Company may suspend access to AI features where misuse is detected.

# 21. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Without limiting any other restriction contained in these Terms, the User shall not:

* submit false complaints;
* upload forged or fabricated documents;
* commit identity theft;
* misuse payment instruments;
* interfere with Platform security;
* reverse engineer Platform software;
* scrape or extract Platform data without authorisation;
* copy Advocate databases;
* infringe intellectual property rights;
* conduct phishing or cyber attacks;
* distribute malware or ransomware;
* circumvent security controls;
* engage in money laundering or terrorist financing;
* use bots or automated scripts without permission;
* attempt unauthorised access to Platform systems.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension, legal action and reporting to competent authorities.

# 22. FRAUD PREVENTION & SECURITY

The Company may implement fraud prevention measures to protect Users, Advocates and the Platform.

Such measures may include:

* identity verification;
* OTP verification;
* device verification;
* AI-assisted fraud detection;
* suspicious transaction monitoring;
* behavioural analytics;
* duplicate account detection;
* payment verification;
* document verification;
* cyber security monitoring.

The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account or transaction pending verification where suspicious activity is detected.

The User agrees to cooperate with any reasonable verification process.

# 23. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By registering on the Platform, the User consents to receive electronic communications from the Company and, where applicable, from the concerned Advocate.

Such communications may include:

* OTPs;
* appointment confirmations;
* payment receipts;
* invoices;
* legal service notifications;
* AI-generated workflow alerts;
* reminders;
* account security notifications;
* policy updates;
* newsletters (where consent has been provided);
* customer support responses.

Electronic communications may be delivered through:

* email;
* SMS;
* WhatsApp (where available);
* in-app notifications;
* push notifications;
* voice calls (where required);
* other lawful electronic communication channels.

The User is responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date contact information.

Failure to receive communications due to incorrect contact details shall not affect the validity of any notice or transaction.

# 24. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

To maintain a safe, ethical and professional legal ecosystem, every User agrees to:

* treat Advocates and other Users with dignity and respect;
* avoid abusive or discriminatory behaviour;
* refrain from sharing misleading legal information;
* respect confidentiality of consultations;
* comply with Platform moderation policies;
* avoid misuse of reviews and ratings;
* use AI tools responsibly;
* refrain from uploading illegal, offensive or copyrighted material without lawful authority.

The Company may remove any content or restrict access where it reasonably believes that such content violates these Community Guidelines or applicable law.

Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

# 25. USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

* the Platform is an AI Integrated Legal Technology Platform operated by Ram Shree Legal Services Limited;
* the Company is a technology facilitator and not a law firm;
* legal services are independently rendered by Advocates;
* AI services are intended only to assist and do not replace professional legal advice;
* the User is responsible for decisions taken based on legal advice or AI-generated information after appropriate review;
* continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments published on **https://tareekhpetareekh.com/**.

# 26. CONSULTATION FEES

The Platform enables Users to connect with independent Advocates for obtaining legal consultation and related legal services.

Consultation Fees displayed on the Platform may vary depending upon various factors, including but not limited to:

* Nature of Legal Matter
* Practice Area
* Consultation Mode
* Consultation Duration
* Urgency
* Advocate Availability
* Specialisation
* Time Slot
* Additional Services Requested

The consultation fee displayed before confirmation shall ordinarily be considered the applicable fee for that booking unless otherwise communicated.

The User acknowledges that payment of consultation fees does not guarantee any particular legal outcome, legal opinion or judicial relief.

# 27. PLATFORM SERVICE CHARGES

Ram Shree Legal Services Limited may charge separate Platform Service Charges for providing technology-enabled services through **https://tareekhpetareekh.com/**.

Platform Service Charges may include charges relating to:

* Digital Platform Access
* AI Services
* Appointment Management
* Communication Infrastructure
* Payment Processing
* Customer Support
* Digital Workflow Management
* Secure Document Exchange
* System Maintenance
* Technology Infrastructure
* Other operational services.

Platform Service Charges are independent of the professional fees charged by the concerned Advocate.

The Company reserves the right to revise Platform Service Charges at any time.

Any revised charges shall become effective after publication on the Platform.

# 28. PAYMENT METHODS

The Platform may accept payments through authorised payment channels including:

* UPI
* Net Banking
* Credit Cards
* Debit Cards
* Digital Wallets
* Bank Transfer
* Payment Links
* Other RBI-compliant payment methods.

Payments shall be processed through authorised payment gateway service providers.

The Company does not store Users' complete card credentials, PINs or internet banking passwords.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment instrument used belongs to them or is lawfully authorised.

# 29. PAYMENT FACILITATION

Ram Shree Legal Services Limited acts as a technology-enabled payment facilitator for transactions conducted through the Platform.

The Platform may collect payments from Users and facilitate settlement in accordance with the Platform's operational model.

The Company may collect:

* Advocate Consultation Fees;
* Platform Service Charges;
* Documentation Charges (if applicable);
* AI Service Charges (where applicable);
* Convenience Charges (where applicable);
* Payment Gateway Charges (where applicable);
* Government Taxes including GST.

Collection of payment through the Platform shall not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship between the Company and any Advocate.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, delay or refuse any payment where fraud, chargeback abuse, suspicious activity or legal restrictions are identified.

# 30. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

All applicable taxes shall be charged strictly in accordance with the prevailing laws of India.

Where required under applicable GST laws:

* GST may be charged on Platform Service Charges;
* GST may be charged on taxable services;
* applicable invoices shall be issued in accordance with law;
* Users shall provide accurate GST details, if claiming any eligible business input.

The User acknowledges that tax treatment may differ depending upon:

* nature of services;
* applicable GST provisions;
* Government notifications;
* judicial interpretations; and
* future amendments in tax laws.

The Company reserves the right to modify billing practices whenever required to comply with applicable tax legislation.

# 31. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Occasionally payments may fail due to:

* banking errors;
* network failures;
* payment gateway interruptions;
* insufficient balance;
* authentication failure;
* technical issues beyond reasonable control.

Where payment has failed but funds have been debited, Users should first contact their bank or payment service provider.

The Company shall provide reasonable assistance in resolving payment-related issues.

However, final settlement timelines may depend upon the concerned bank or payment gateway.

# 32. REFUND & CANCELLATION

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the Platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds may be considered where applicable, including circumstances such as:

* duplicate payment;
* payment processing error;
* unsuccessful transaction where money has been debited but service was not initiated;
* cancellation by the Platform (where applicable).

Refunds shall ordinarily be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable banking timelines and verification requirements.

No refund shall automatically arise merely because the User is dissatisfied with the legal opinion rendered by an independent Advocate, unless specifically provided under the applicable Refund Policy or required by law.

# 33. BILLING & TAX INVOICES
